Conference Policies
- Registration Cancellations/Refund Requests, Transfers of Registration Type, and Substitutions
- Requests for cancellations/refunds, transfers in registration type, and substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@georgiaconference.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.
- Cancellations/Refund Requests
- GSHE Conference registrations are subject to a $50 USD processing fee.
- To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received on or before August 20, 2024 (11:59 pm ET).
- Any tours and workshops will be refunded at 100 percent (with no fees) along as the refund request is submitted in writing to info@georgiaconference.org by August 20, 2024 (11:59 pm ET).
- Substitutions
- Substitution of a registered attendee by a business colleague will be accepted at no additional charge. All registrants can make changes to their registrations by clicking the link in confirmation email. Otherwise, request changes to info@georgiaconference.org no later than August 24, 2024. Onsite changes will be permitted at no charge.
- Hotel Changes/Cancellations
- Requests for housing changes and cancellations must be submitted directly to the Marriott Savannah Riverfront by August 1, 2024, at 5:00 pm ET. The conference is not responsible for cancelling or changing hotel reservations.
