Conference Policies 2026
- Registration Cancellations/Refund Requests, Transfers of Registration Type, and Substitutions
- Requests for cancellations/refunds, transfers in registration type, and substitutions must be submitted in writing / email to info@georgiaconference.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.
- Cancellations/Refund Requests
- GSHE Conference registrations may be subject to a $50.00 USD processing fee.
- To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the start of the conference, which is by August 25, 2026 (11:59 pm ET).
- Any tours and workshops will be refunded at 100 percent (with no fees) along as the refund request is submitted in writing / email to info@georgiaconference.org by August 25, 2026 (11:59 pm ET).
- Substitutions
- Substitution of a registered attendee by a business colleague will be accepted at no additional charge. All registrants can make changes to their registrations by clicking the link in confirmation email. Otherwise, request changes to info@georgiaconference.org no later than the Friday prior to the conference, which is September 4, 2026. Onsite changes will be permitted at no charge.
- Hotel Changes/Cancellations
- Requests for host hotel changes and cancellations must be submitted directly to the Marriott Savannah Riverfront, generally 2 days in advance of the reservation, although check with the hotel for specifics. Their phone number is 912-233-7722. The conference and organizers are not responsible for cancelling or changing hotel reservations.
