Requests for cancellations/refunds, transfers in registration type, and substitutions must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.
Cancellations/Refund Requests GSHE Conference registrations are subject to a $50 USD processing fee.
- To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received on or before August 15, 2022 (5:00 p.m. ET).
- A 75 percent refund (less processing fees) will be processed if request is received between August 16 and September 6, 2022.
- No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after September 6, 2022, or for no shows.
Refunds will be issued up to 2 weeks post-conference.
Substitutions Substitution of a registered attendee by a business colleague will be accepted at no additional charge. All registrants can make changes to their registrations by clicking the link in confirmation email. Otherwise, request changes to email@example.com no later than September 2, 2022. Onsite changes will be permitted.
Hotel Changes/CancellationsRequests for housing changes and cancellations must be submitted directly to the Marriott Savannah Riverfront by Friday, August 5, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. ET. The conference is not responsible for cancelling or changing hotel reservations.
