Hotel Reservations Policies Please see below for important information about our hotel’s credit/debit card policy regarding charges for the attendees:

Unless a credit card authorization form was requested and submitted prior to arrival, upon arriving at the hotel, guests will need to provide a valid credit/debit card at check in. An authorization for the total amount of the room & tax for the duration of the stay, plus an additional $50 per night for incidentals, i.e. parking, room service, etc., will be placed on the card at that time.

Upon check-out, the card will be charged for the actual amount incurred during the stay and any authorizations will be released back to the card. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the authorization to drop off and for the charge to fully process, although typically it is 3-5 business days.
